Abstract
U radu je opisan ispravljač s linearnim regulatorom. Detaljno je opisan linearni regulator napona, a uz njega se analizira i sklopni regulator napona (učinski pretvarač). Uz analizu djelovanja ispravljača koji se koristi u realizaciji sklopa navedene su komponente koje su neophodne za rad toga reguliranog ispravljača. Nakon dimenzioniranja pretvarača izrađena je shema djelovanja regulatora na podlozi dokumentacije za integrirani sklop LM317. U cilju analize djelovanja integriranog regulatora razvijen je simulacijski model s promjenjivim otporom kao aktivnim članom te je posebno raščlanjeno djelovanje pojedinih regulacijskih članova. Nakon analize djelovanja slijedila je izrada sheme za tiskanu pločicu. Tiskana pločica je izrađena fotopostupkom pri čemu je korišten program Eagle. Posljednji korak je izrada kućišta, tj. slaganje komponenti u kupljeno kućište. Voltmetrom je ispitana ispravnost ispravljača te je dokazano da je izrađeni ispravljač pouzdan, ima precizno podesiv napon koji ne ovisi o priključenom trošilu za projektiranu snagu.
Abstract (english)
In this paper a linear regulator has been analysed and designed. A simulation results were compared with practical results and a special attention was given to proportional integral regulator as s key component of a designed system. Printed circuit board (PCB) was designed using Eagle software for PCB layout. Etching process was supported by UV light in order to ensure high quality of PCB. The last step was preparing a ready-made housing for components assembly. A voltmeter was used to test the regulated rectifier. The measured results prove that the rectifier output voltage can be precisely adjusted and stable for variety of connected loads.
