Abstract
Ovaj završni rad sastoji se od dva veća dijela: od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi o aluminiju i njegovim legurama te obradi metala lijevanjem sa detaljnim osvrtom na tlačno lijevanje i kontrolu kvalitete odljevka. U praktičnom dijelu rada detaljno je opisao tehnološki proces tlačnog lijevnja kod izrade odljevka LN-16.77 nosača mjenjača upotrebom aluminijske legure AlSi9Cu3(Fe). Odljevak LN-16.77 izrađen je u pogonima tvornice P.P.C. Cimos Buzet uz stručno vodstvo svoga mentora.
Abstract (english)
This graduate work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part explains the basic concepts of aluminium, aluminium alloys and metal casting with detailed reference to the casting and quality control of casting. In the practical part it is described technological process castings LN-16.77. which was made die casting technology using aluminium alloy AlSi9Cu3 (Fe). Die casting workpiece LN-16.77 have been produced in plants of the company P.P.C. Cimos Buzet under the expert guidance of a mentor.
