Abstract
Zadatak ovoga diplomskoga rada bila je statička analiza sigurnosti područnog elektroenergetskog sustava. U prvom poglavlju rada ukratko je objašnjen elektroenergetski sustav i dat je prikaz elektroenergetskog sustava Republike Hrvatske. Drugo poglavlje bavilo se analizom sigurnosti elektroenergetskog sustava, te imamo ukratko objašnjene tokove snaga i kratke spojeve. U trećem poglavlja predstavljen je programa NEPLAN u kojem su obavljeni svi proračuni tokova snaga i kratkoga spoja. Također ovdje imamo prikaz svih podataka koje smo koristili kako bi se simulacija u programu NEPLAN uspješno napravila. U četvrtome poglavlju dat je kratki povijesni prikaz razvoja elektrifikacije u Istri, kao i prikaz svih proračuna tokova snaga i kratkoga spoja za koje je simulacija napravljena.
Abstract (english)
The task of this thesis was the regional power system static security analysis. In the first chapter of the paper, the electric power system was explained briefly and the electricity system of the Republic of Croatia is presented. The second chapter was presented the analysis of the safety of the power system, and we have a brief explanation of power flows and short circuits. In the third chapter, NEPLAN program was presented, in which all the calculations of power flows and short circuits were performed. There we also show all the data we used to make the simulation in NEPLAN successfully done. In the fourth chapter there is a brief historical overview of the development of electrification in Istria, as well as an overview of all the calculations of the power flows and short circuits for which the simulation was made.
