Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela MO.18-DT.09. U prvom dijelu rada opisano je što je zapravo čelik i koliko je velika njegova uloga u svim granama industrije. U sljedećoj cjelini upoznajemo se s pojmom toplinske obrade, zatim opisujemo fazni dijagram i osnovne mikrostrukture u čeliku. Glavna ili središnja tema diplomskog rada je toplinska obrada cementiranjem. Opisan je proces toplinske obrade cementiranje, osnovni načini i vrste pougljičenja. Kraj ovog rada je praktični primjer cementiranja strojnog dijela MO.18-DT.09, od kojeg se zahtijevalo da postigne tvrdoću od 60 HRC. Nakon cementiranja provedeno je mjerenje tvrdoće.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this graduate thesis is the process of heat treatment of the machine part MO.18 – DT.09.In the first part of the paper, it is described the meaning of steel and how big its role is in all branches of industry. In the next chapter, we will introduce the term of heat treatment, then we will describe the phase diagram and basic microstructures of steel. The main or central theme of this graduate work is cementing heat treatment. The cementing process is described in this final paper, such as basic ways and types of carburizing. The end of this paper is a practical example cementing the machine part MO.18-DT.09, which was required to achieve a hardness of 60 HRC. Hardness measurement was performed after cementation.
