Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu zadatak je bio konstruirati pločasto – člankasti transporter za transport otpada. Pločasto – člankasti transporteri spadaju u grupu sustava s neprestanim transportom različitih vrsta materijala. Za konstrukciju transportera su korišteni standardni konstrukcijski elementi. Drugo poglavlje ukratko opisuje povijesni razvoj transporta, te vrste transporta koji se dijele na neprestani i povremeni. Treće poglavlje opisuje najčešće upotrebljavane sustave neprestanog transporta, a to su trakasti transporteri. U četvrtom poglavlju prikazujemo konstrukciju člankastih transportera te njihove prednosti i nedostaci. Usporedbom trakastih i člankastih transportera zaključujemo da svaki imaju neke nedostatke, te krećemo sa proračunom transportera koji će sadržavati prednosti i trakastih i člankastih transportera. U petom poglavlju, koje je i najopširnije, je objašnjen tijek proračuna svih dijelova transportera na temelju kojeg se određuje nosiva konstrukcija, odabir standardnih dijelova te konstruiranje nestandardnih dijelova.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper is to design an apron conveyor for the transport of municipal waste. Apron conveyors belong to the system group of ongoing transport of various kinds of materials. Standard off the shelf elements were used for the conveyor design. The second chapter briefly describes the historical development of conveyors and the types of transport which are divided into perpetual and intermittent. The third chapeter describes the most frequently used systems of perpetual transport, which are belt conveyors. The fourth chapter deals with the design of apron conveyors and their advantages and disadvantages. From the applications of belt and apron conveyors, we can conclude that each of them has some downsides. In addition, we begin with the calculation of a conveyor that will contain the advantages of both belt and apron conveyors. In the final chapter the course of calculation of all the parts of the conveyor, upon which the main design, choice of standard parts and design of non – standard parts are based.
