Abstract
Ovaj rad sadrži osnovne toplinske obrade čelika koje se danas primjenjuju. Kroz dijagrame su prikazane strukture čelika koje na različitim temperaturama i zagrijavanjima sa različitim brzinama dobivaju različita svojstva. Kaljenje je osnova ovoga rada pa su stoga opisani osnovni parametri i načini na koji smo kroz proračun, koristeći dijagrame i znanja koja znamo o metalima zakalili strojni dio ZL.18-PT-69 u da bi on dobio veću tvrdoću , te u konačnici i ispitali tu tvrdoću jednom od metoda za ispitivanje tvrdoće. Strojni dio smo zakalili u peći, ugasili ga u vodi, stavili opet u peć na niskotemperaturno popuštanje i na kraju ga ispitali tvrdomjerom da bi kao rezultat dobili uspješno obavljen postupak kaljenja.
Abstract (english)
This work contains basic principles of heat treatment which are used today. Structures of the steel are showed through diagrams and how those structures change their properties through different temperatures and heating with different speed rates. Hardening is the base of this work so therfore basic paramaters and methods are desribed which we estimated through calculations using diagrams and knowledge we know about steels so we could harden machine part ZL.18- PT-69 so he could in the end get more hardness, and in the end exemine that hardness with one hardness test method. Mechanical part was hardened in incinerator, extinuished in water, put in incinerator again for low temperature discharge and in the end exemined on the hardness exeminator tool so we could get succesfully done procedure of hardening.
