Abstract
U ovome radu navedena su tehnička rješenja priključenja malih HE na razdjelnu mrežu. Najveći dio ovog rada posvećen je postupku priključenja na distribucijsku mrežu koji daje jasne upute i pravila kojih se mora pridržavati. Najbitniji dokumenti kao što su EOTRP i EES detaljno su razrađeni. Teoretski dio odnosi se priključke na SN mrežu, gdje je svaki priključak detaljno objašnjen, no u tom dijelu postoji otvorenog prostora za nova razmatranja i moguća rješenja priključka novom modernijom opremom koja odgovara napretku mreže. Prikazan je primjer priključenja male HE na NN mrežu, objašnjena i opisana je jednopolna električna shema elektrane. Veliki potencijal ostaje u stvaranju novih tehničkih rješenja za priključenje gdje je kao primjer poslužila usporedba dvaju rješenja priključenja na SN mrežu. Koje je najbolje tehničko rješenje ovisi o kriteriju i cilju koji je postavljen.
Abstract (english)
Technical designes of the facilities for connecting a small hydroelectric power plants are presented. The most part of the paper is dedicated to procedure of distribution network connection which gives us strict rules and instructions to follow. Main documents, such as EOTRP and EES, are also elaboreted in detail. Theoretical part represents medium voltage network connections where every connection is profundly explained, but in that part there is an open space to consider, better and new possible solutions for connecting due to new, modern equipment which correlates with network improvement. Also, there is an example of the facility for connecting a small hydroelectric power plant to low-voltage distribution network where the single-line diagram is described and explained. Huge potential remains in creating a new technical designs for connecting where comparation of the two connecting solutions to medium-voltage network is used as an example. Which of the technical designs is better depends on established goal and standard.
