Abstract
U uvodu ovoga rada ukazuje se na osnovne uvodne rečenice koje nas upoznaju sa tematikom ovoga rada, dok drugo poglavlje daje osnovne informacije o toplinskoj obradi. Treće poglavlje donosi pojedine postupke toplinske obrade te njihove karakteristike. U četvrtom poglavlju govorit će se o faznim pretvorbama, nastajanju i pretvorbi austenita u ostale slojeve te o TTT-dijagramima. Peto poglavlje prolazi kroz površinke postupke toplinske obrade te se ukratko upoznavaju sve metode. U šestom poglavlju obrađuje se tema cementiranja koja je središnji dio rada te se detaljno upoznavaju metode prilikom cementiranja. Koriste se postupci pougljičavanja, kaljenja i niskotemperaturnog popuštanja. Sedmo poglavlje čini opis metoda kojima se ispitiva tvrdoća materijala prilikom cementiranja. Zadnje, osmo poglavlje govori o postupku cementiranju strojnog djela TP.19-ST-73 u kojem se analizira postupak toplinske obrade te detaljno opisuje sve radnje, promjene u mikrostrukturi materijala, upoznavanje sa tehnološkom dokumentacijom te opremom koja se koristila
Abstract (english)
At the beginning of this final work, it is shown not only the elementary words but also the theme of the final work, while the second chapter give the basic informations about the heating treatment. The third chapter brings individual procedure heating treatment and their characteristics. At the fourth chapter it will be spoken about the phase conversions, the nascency and conversion of austenite in the other layers, and also about TTT-chart. The fifth chapter goes trough sourface procedure of heating treatment and will introduce all the methods. The cemention will be processed in the sixth chapter, which is the central part of this final work. It contains the methods of carburizing, tempering, yield. And the second last chapter is about the methods which tests hardness of the material during the cementing. And, the last chapter is about procedure of cemention the mechanical part TP.19-ST-73 in which is analized the procedure of the heating treatment and it describes all the changes in microstructure of material, introduction with all tehnological documentation and equipment whic was used.
