Abstract
Ovim radom obuhvaćeni su opis, metode unaprjeđenja te važnost timskog rada u industrijskim poslovnim sustavima. Definiran je pojam tima i timskoga rada, navedene su razlike između tima i grupe zaposlenika te istaknute prednosti timskog rada. Opisani su postupci formiranja tima i njegove razvojne faze, načini komunikacije u timu, prepreke koje mogu oslabiti timski rad te načini motiviranja, napredovanja i razvoja ljudskih potencijala. Istaknute su prednosti timske organizacije poslovanja u kojoj dobro osmišljeni i vođeni timovi te umreženost njihovih ljudskih resursa i potencijala, mogu znatno doprinijeti učinkovitosti i konkurentnosti poslovanja suvremenih industrijskih postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper covers the description, methods of improvement, and the importance of teamwork in industrial business systems. The concept of team and teamwork is defined, the differences between the team and the group of employees and, as well as the advantages of teamwork. In addition to the abovementioned, the paper included the procedures of team formation and its development phase, ways of communication in the team, obstacles that can weaken teamwork and channels of motivating, advancing and developing human resources. Finally, the advantages of a team organizational structure in which well-designed and managed teams, as well as the networking of their human resources and potentials, can significantly contribute to the efficiency and competitiveness of modern industrial business systems.
