Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada opisani su postupci rezanja abrazivnim vodenim mlazom, laserom, plazmom te plinom. Navedeni su prednosti i nedostaci navedenih vrsta rezanja, te parametri koji se koriste kod procesa rezanja. U drugom dijelu rada, detaljno je razrađena kalkulacija cijene rezanja čeličnog lima navedenim metodama. Ona uključuje sve parametre koji se javljaju kod procesa rezanja, te formule koje se koriste kod izračuna cijene. Također, detaljno je objašnjen i prikazan proces izrade programa za izračun cijene rezanja. Programiranje je rađeno u programu Microsoft Visual Studio 2017. Na kraju je provedena analiza cijena rezanja pomoću izrađenog programa, koja je izvršena koristeći različite parametre kod procesa rezanja.
Abstract (english)
Theoretical part of the thesis describes cutting processes that are used to cut the steel plate. Cutting processes are abrasive water jet, laser, plasma and oxyfuel cutting. All the advantages and disadvantages of these types of cutting, as well as the parameters used in the cutting process, are listed. The cutting cost calculation for all of these methods is described in detail. It includes all the parameters that occur in the cutting process and all the formulas used for cutting cost calculation. The process of developing computer program for cutting cost calculation is also described in detail. Programing was done in Microsoft Visual studio 2017. In the end, cutting cost analysis was performed with the created program using various parameters in cutting process.
