Abstract
Porezi su najznačajniji instrument prikupljanja prihoda u svakoj državi. Porezni sustav u Republici Hrvatskoj specifičan je i složen mehanizam koji je sklon učestalim promjenama te je samim time zahtjevan za razumijevanje. Ovim radom istaknuti će se činjenice neophodne za razumijevanje PDV-a i oporezivanje PDV-om u prometu dobara na području Europske unije i trećih zemalja. Cilj ovog specijalističkog diplomskog rada je prikazati i objasniti važne činjenice i pojmove te posebnosti vezane za PDV koje se odnose na poslovanje s EU i trećim zemljama.
Abstract (english)
Taxes are the most significant instrument of revenue collection in any country. The tax system in The Republic of Croatia is a specific and complex mechanism that is prone to frequent changes is therefore difficult to understand. This paper will highlight the facts necessary for understanding VAT and taxing VAT in the circulation of goods in the European territory union and third countries. The aim of this specialist diploma thesis is to present and explain the important facts and concepts and specifics regarding VAT related to doing business with the EU and third world countries.
