Abstract
Glodaći obradni centri su samostojeći visoko automatizirani numerički upravljani alatni strojevi kojima je dodana automatska izmjena alata. Svrstavaju se u višeoperacijske alatne strojeve jer ih karakterizira koncentracija različitih operacija u jednom stezanju sirovca. Osim glavnog rotacijskog gibanja reznog alata, u početku razvoja su imali samo tri pravocrtna posmična gibanja u osima X, Y, Z, odnosno imali su troosno simultano upravljanje. Dodavanjem dodatnih rotacijskih osi nastali su višeosni glodaći obradni centri. Njihova pojava dovela je do veće fleksibilnosti proizvodnih sustava, preciznjie i brže obrade, te naglog razvoja CAD/CAM softvera. U dijelu rada opisan je ukratko postupak glodanja i različite izvedbe klasičnih alatnih strojeva za glodanje. Opisani su i glodaći centri s njihovim osnovnim elementima i razlozima zašto su glodaći centri važni u primjeni današnje proizvodnje. Ukratko su opisane mogućnosti troosne obrade te mogućnosti i prednosti petoosne obrade naspram troosne te isto tako i njezini nedostaci. U radu je objašnjena obrada čelika na troosnoj glodalici marke Hurco VMX 10i prema tehničkm crtežu.
Abstract (english)
Milling machining centers are highly automated standalone numerically controlled tooling machines with the addition of automatic tool change and storage. Milling machining centers are put into a multioperational tooling machines because they are characterized by the concentration of different operations in a single clamping metal shock. In addition to the main rotational motion of the cutting tool, in the beginning they had only three rectilinear sliding movement of the axes X, Y, Z, and had triaxial simultaneous control. Adding additional axes multiple axis milling axis machining centers were created. Their apperance has led to greater flexibility of production systems, more accurate and faster processing, and rapid development of CAD/CAM software. The milling process is briefly described and different designs of classic milling machine tools. Milling centers are also described with their basic elements and reasons why milling centers are important in the application of today's production. The possibilities of three-axis processing and the possibilities and advantages of five-axis processing over three-axis processing are also briefly described, as well as its disadvantages. The work has explained the machining of steel on a Hurco VMX 10i three-axis milling machine according to the technical drawing.
