Abstract
U radu je obrađena tema elektrootporni postupci zavarivanja, a u kojoj su obrađeni pojedini postupci elektrootpornog zavarivanja sa shematskim prikazima i parametrima zavarivanja za svaki pojedini postupak s posebnim osvrtom na točkasto elektrootporno zavarivanje. Opisani su fizikalni principi elektrootpornih postupaka zavarivanja i oprema za elektrotporno zavarivanje. Također su obrađeni prednosti i nedostatci elektrootpornog zavarivanja i primjena postupka. Posebno su opisani parametri točkastog elektrootpornog postupka zavarivanja i opisana potrebna oprema. Navedeni su oblici i materijali potrebni za izradu elektroda. Dan je pregled materijala koji se mogu zavarivati elektrootpornim točkastim zavarivanjem. Navedeni su primjeri primjene i mogućnost automatizacije i robotizacije postupka. U praktičnom dijelu rada razrađena je konstrukcija, a u kojoj su opisani dijelovi koji se koriste za izradu uređaja za elektrootporno zavarivanje. Opisana je izrada uređaja te je izvršen eksperimentalni pokus zavarivanja limova različite debljine kako bi se zaključilo o funkcionalnosti i tehničkoj ispravnosti uređaja.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the topic of electrical resistance welding, which deals with resistance welding processes with a schematic view of each process and welding parameters for each procedure, with special reference to the spot welding. Physical principles of resistance welding and equipment for resistance welding are described. Also, advantages and disadvantages of resistance welding and application of procedure are analyzed. In particular, the paper describes the parameters of spot welding procedure and describes the equipment needed. Forms and materials required for the production of electrodes are described along with an overview of the material that can be spot welded. This paper specifies examples of application and possibilities of automation of resistance welding processes. In this paper, parameters of resistance spot welding process and equipment needed for the process are specifically described. Welding experiment was performed; sheets of different thicknesses are welded in order to conclude the functionality and the technical condition of the device.
