Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obradit će se tema koja obuhvaća konstruiranje stupnog konzolnog krana, analizu čvrstoće najvažnijih konstrukcijskih elemenata, numeričku analizu s optimizacijom, analizu isplativosti i zakonsku regulativu. Konstrukcija je idealizirana i podijeljena na segmente kako bi se lakše proračunala. Svi proračuni su izvedeni principima nauke o čvrstoći i mehanike. Uz proračune dati su i grafički prikazi presjeka i konstrukcijskih elemenata kao pokriće analitičkom računu. Osim konstrukcijskih elemenata proračunati su rastavljivi i nerastavljivi spojevi. Sve one komponentne koje nisu proračunate zanemarene su radi idealizacije problema. Numerički proračuni su izrađeni kao orijentacija za daljnju obradu konstrukcije i kao pomoć u iznalaženju novih i kvalitetnijih rješenja. U ovom dijelu obrađena optimizacija primijenjena je samo na horizontalni dio okretne konzole kako bi se pronašao prostor za zadovoljenje kriterija krutosti. Analiza isplativosti napravljena je s određenim odstupanjem jer je teško sažeti tehnološki proces izrade ovako poprilično komplekse konstrukcije, ali se vodilo računa o što je moguće većoj točnosti. Zakonska regulativa obrađena je u smislu normi koje obuhvaćaju ovu problematiku i tehničkog pravilnika koji je na snazi za ovakav tip konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis presents an overview of a construction of a column console crane, an analysis of the strength of the key construction elements, numerical analysis with optimization, a feasibility study and an overview of the relative legal regulation. The construction has been idealized and divided up into segments in order to simplify the calculations. All calculations have been made in accordance with the principles of materials strength and mechanics. The calculations are accompanied by graphic representations of cross- sections and construction elements.Aside from the construction elements, detachable and permanent connections/joints have also been calculated. All the components not included in the calculations have been ignored in order to idealize the given problem. Numerical calculations have been made as an orienting point for further construction processing and as a helpful tool for finding new quality solutions. In this thesis the optimization has been applied only to the horizontal part of swivel bracket in order tofind room to meet the rigidity criteria. As it is extremely difficult to summarize the technical process of making such a complex construction the feasibility study includes certain caveats, though the utmost care has been taken to ensure the highest level of precision possible. An overview of the relative legal regulation concerning these types of constructions has been given in the thesis.
