Abstract
U ovom radu navedene su osnovne činjenice o bioplinu i o bioplinskim postrojenjima. Također, napravljen je proračun i analiza realnog primjera jednog nosača, koji je komponenta u sklopu mješača sirovine u postrojenju. U sklopu toga je napravljen i 3D model mješača u programskom paketu „SolidWorks“. Mješač se nalazi u digestoru bioplinskog postrojenja i nakon nekoliko mjeseci rada dolazi do pucanja nosača mješača. Stoga je uz proračun nosača pri normalnim radnim uvjetima proveden i proračun u slučaju kada se na nosaču pojavljuje ekscentrično opterećenje uzrokovano nakupinama nečistoća. Analizom izrađenih proračuna moguće je izračunati trajnu dinamičku čvrstoću nosača.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents basic facts about biogas and biogas plants. Also, a calculation and analysis of a real example of a single carrier was made, which is a component of a mixer in the plant. As part of this, a 3D model of mixer was created in the „SolidWorks“ software package. The mixer is in the digester of a biogas plant and after several months of work, the mixer carrier cracks. Therefore, with the calculation of the bracket at normal working conditions , a calculation is made when the excentric load coused by impurities accumulates on the carrier. By analyzing these calculations it is possible to calculate the permanent dynamic strenght of the carrier.
