Abstract
Kroz završni rad izvršeno je planiranje rekonstrukcije kotlovnice. Objašnjeni su pojmovi održavanja, remonta, rekonstrukcije i planiranja. Također su pojašnjeni pojmovi vezani uz problematiku linijskog i mrežnog planiranja. U nastavku rada predočen je plan rekonstrukcije kotlovnice koji obuhvaća popis svih aktivnosti i potrebnih resursa za realizaciju istog. Za izradu projekta korišteni su programi POM-QM i MSProject čime je olakšano planiranje rekonstrukcije, jednostavnije balansiranje resursima, troškovima i aktivnostima.
Abstract (english)
Through the final work, the planning of the reconstruction of the boiler room was carried out. The concepts of maintenance, overhaul, reconstruction and planning are explained. The concepts related to line and network planning issues are also clarified. In the continuation of the work, a plan for the reconstruction of the boiler room is presented, which includes a list of all the activities and the necessary resources for its realization. POM-QM and MSProject programs were used to create the project plan, which allows easier planning of reconstruction, through simpler balancing of resources, costs and activities.
