Abstract
U ovom radu ukratko su opisani načini izrade pojedinačnih restaurativnih nadomjestaka, njihovi gradbeni materijali, klinički i laboratorijski postupci izrade, te indikacije i kontraindikacije za primjenu. Pod pojedinačne terapijske nadomjeske podrazumijevamo inlay, onlay, overlay i pojedinačne krunice. Materijali od kojih se izrađuju su: zlato, kompozit i keramika. Opisan je tijek izrade kaviteta za svaku vrstu nadomjeska. Preparacija za kompozitni inlay/onlay/overlay se razlikuje od zlatnog u samom načinu izrade; dno kaviteta je vodoravno, prijelazi na postranične stijenke zaobljeni a kavopovršinski rubovi se ne zaobljuju. Zlatni inlay se izrađuje na dva načina: direktnom i indirektnom metodom. Kompozitni inlay se razlikuje od klasičnog kompozitnog ispuna načinom retencije, oblikom kaviteta i postupkom izrade. Postoje tri načina izrade kompozitnog inlay/onlay/overlay-a : indirektna tehnika, semidirektna intraoralna i ekstraoralna tehnika. Keramički nadomjesci mogu se raditi s kovinskom osnovom i kao potpuno keramički sustavi. Mogu biti izrađeni tehnikom pečenja (In Ceram), lijevanja (Dicor), tlačenja (IPS Empress) i tehnikom rezanja keramike (CEREC). Pojedinačne krunice, s obzirom na materijal od kojeg su izrađene, dijele se na kovinske, nekovinske i kombinirane. Nekovinske su potpuno estetske krunice načinjene od keramike, kompozitnih smola i akrilata. Kovinski nadomjetsci najčešće se cementiraju cinkoksifosfatnim cementom, dok nadomjesci od estetskih materijala adhezijski stakleno-ionomernim ili kompozitnim cementom.
Abstract (english)
In this work the possibilities of manufacturing single-tooth restorations are briefly described as well as their manufacturing materials. Clinical and laboratory procedures, indications and contraindications are also given. Single-tooth restorations are inlay, onlay, overlay and single crown. Their production materials are gold, composite and ceramics. The designs of the preparation for each type are also described. The preparation for composite inlay/onlay/overlay differs from the gold one in: cavity's bottom is horizontal, all edges and point angles should be rounded, the cavosurface angle need not to be rounded. There are two ways of producing gold inlay: direct and indirect technique. Composite inlay differs from the standard composite restoration by its way of retention, shape of the cavity and manufacturing procedures. There are three ways of producing composite inlay/onlay/overlay: indirect technique, semidirect intra- and extraoral technique. Ceramic restorations can be manufactured as full ceramic systems. It can be produced by firing (In-Ceram), pressing (IPS Empress), casting (Dicor) and machining (CEREC) technique. There are three types of single crowns: metal, non-metal and combinations. Nonmetal crowns are full esthetic crowns made of ceramic, composit and acrylic resin. Metal restorations are frequentlly cemented with zincoxyphosphate cement. Esthetic restorations are frequently cemented with glass ionomer and composite resin cements
