Abstract	Organizacija je sastavni dio društva i u interaktivnom je odnosu sa okolinom. Ona kroz strukturu na učinkovit način organizira svoje resurse stvarajući kompleksne proizvode i usluge. Organizacija ima za cilj preživjeti na tržištu i stvarati profit za svoje vlasnike. Održivost postiže kroz konkurentske prednosti koje se grade na kompetentnostima. Današnje poslovanje karakterizira brza tehnološka promjena pa je tehnološka kompetentnost ključna za stvaranje održive konkurentske prednosti. U tehnološku kompetentnost u organizaciji mora se stalno investirati, kako bi se održao korak s konkurencijom. Ona se može akumulirati, ali i erodirati i nestati čime se gubi konkurentska prednost što može dovesti u pitanje čak i opstanak organizacije.
Abstract (english)	The organization is an integral part of society and in the interactive relationship with the environment. Through the structure it organize its resources in an efficient way to produce complex products and services. The organization aims to survive in the market and make a profit for their owners. Sustainability is achieved through competitive advantages that are built on competencies. Today's business is characterized by rapid technological change. The technological competence is essential to create sustainable competitive advantage. Organization constantly need to invest in their technological competence in order to remain in line with the competition. Technological competence can be accumulated, but it can also erode and disappear thus losing the competitive advantage which could even survival of the organization bring into the question.
