Abstract	Tema ovog završnog rada su tople pukotine kod zavarivanja aluminijske legure AW 6016 (AlMg0,4Si1,2). U uvodnom dijelu rada je opisan proces proizvodnje aluminija te njegova svojstva i primjena. Detaljno su opisane aluminijske legure, njihovo označivanje, podjela te njihova zavarljivost. U trećem poglavlju rada su opisani procesi nastanka toplih pukotina, njihove vrste te su opisane metode ispitivanja osjetljivosti zavarenih spojeva na nastanak toplih pukotina. Na kraju rada opisana je faktografija toplih pukotina nastalih na leguri AW 6016, te metode sa kojima se mogu spriječiti.
Abstract (english)	Main topic of this paper are hot cracks when welding aluminum alloy AW 6016 (AlMg0,4Si1,2). Introductory part of this paper describes the process of production of aluminum and its properties and applications. Aluminum alloys, their designation, division and their weldability are described in detail. Third chapter describes formation process of hot cracks, their types and methods for testing welds sensitivity to hot cracks At the end oft he paper it is described the factograpy of hot cracks formed on alloy AW 6016, as well methods with which they can be prevented.
