John Maynard Keynes is one of the most important economists of all times. Keynes is the Keynesianism“thought father”and Keynesian economists at all because he gave answers to questions which classical theory could not gave. One of the most important questions of Keynesians theory is: "Why do individuals don’t want to keep assets from which they receive interest, if they can sell ssets and have benefits from intersts?“.Therefore, the main purpose of Keynesian monetary theory is to clarify why individualsand economic units keep interest-bearing or non-interest-bearing assets, which yield is lower than some other forms of assets. The interest rate is the price with which whoose help is maintaining the balance between the available money in circulation andkeeping of assets in cash. According to Keynes, the desire for liquidity exists because people want to feel safe. But despite this, the interest rate does not affect security, but liquidity.
