Abstract
Ovaj rad istražuje primjenu modeliranja poslovnih procesa u organizaciji za zdravstvenu njegu. Iako se ne radi o klasičnoj poslovnoj organizaciji, organizacije za zdravstvenu njegu imaju korist od modeliranja poslovnih procesa budući da ono osigurava povećanje kvalitete same usluge i može rezultirati spašavanjem života. Na primjeru usluge zdravstvene njege i fizikalne terapije prikazuje se potencijalno poboljšanje njihova djelovanja kroz implementaciju informacijskih sustava.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores the application of business process modelling in a healthcare organization. Although they are not representative examples of business organizations, healthcare organizations can benefit from business process modelling as it ensures the increase in quality of their service and can result in saving lives. On the examples of general healthcare and physical therapy, this paper shows the potential improvement of their performance through the implementation of information systems.
