Abstract Cilj istraživanja bio je provjeriti kakav je odnos nekih sociodemografskih karakteristika, zadovoljstva poslom i životom te odanosti organizaciji sa odgovornim organizacijskim ponašanjem. U istraživanju su sudjelovale 104 djelatnice neprehrambenih trgovina na području grada Zadra. U ispitivanju su korišteni Upitnik općih podataka o ispitaniku, Skala procjene zadovoljstva životom i poslom, Upitnik odanosti organzaciji (Meyer, Allen i Smith, 1993; adaptirala Maslić-Seršić, 2000) i Upitnik odgovornog organizacijskog ponašanja (Konovsky i Organ, 1996; adaptirali Penezić, Rak i Slišković, 2013). Rezultati su pokazali kako između korištenih sociodemografskih varijabli te pojedinih dimenzija OOP-a nema značajne povezanosti, uz izuzetak vrste ugovora i tjedne satnice: osobe s ugovorom na neodređeno izvode više fer ponašanja, u odnosu na one s ugovorom na određeno; osobe koji rade manje od 41 sat tjedno izvještavaju o većim razinama uljudnosti, u odnosu na one koji tjedno rade 41 sat ili više. Nadalje, ispitanice koje izvještavaju da su zadovoljnije životom i poslom, ujedno izvještavaju i o većoj razini izvedbe ponašanja na dimenzijama altruizma, građanskih vrlina i uljudnosti. Ispitanice zadovoljnije poslom, još izvještavaju i o višim razinama izvedbe ponašanja opisanih na dimenziji fer ponašanje. Ispitanice koje pokazuju veću odanost organizaciji (na svim trima komponentama), izvještavaju i o većim razinama građanskih vrlina i uljudnosti. Ispitanice sa većom razinom normativne i afektivne odanosti još izvještavaju i o većem izvođenju fer ponašanja, dok ispitanice sa većom razinom afektivne odanosti ujedno izvještavaju i o većoj razini izvedbe ponašanja opisanih na dimenziji altruizma. Dobivene rezultate potrebno je promatrati s oprezom, s obzirom na spolnu i profesionalnu pristranost uzorka. S obzirom da je istraživanje provedeno na prigodnom uzorku, ulogu korištenih prediktorskih varijabli potrebno je verificirati na reprezentativnom uzorku zaposlenika.
Abstract (english) The aim of this study was to explore relationship between some socio-demographic characteristics, satisfaction with job and life in general and organizational commitment and dimensions of the organizational citizenship behavior (altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, civic virtue and sportsmanship). The study included 104 female employees in non-food shops in Zadar. The questionnaire used in this study included basic socio-demographic characteristics, estimates of satisfaction with job and life, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Meyer, Allen and Smith, 1993; adapted by Maslic-Sersic, 2000) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (Konovsky and Organ, 1996; adapted by Penezić, Rak i Slišković, 2013). The obtained results did not confirm the expected significant relationship of examined socio-demographic variables with dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, with the exceptions of type of contract and working hours: participants with contract for an indefinite period do more sportsmanship than participants with limited contract; participants who work less than 41 hours per week do more courtesy than participants who work more than 41 hours per week. Furthermore, participants who are more satisfied with life and job have higher results on altruism, civic virtue and courtesy. Participants who are more satisfied with job have higher results on sportsmanship, too. Participants who have shown higher level of organizational commitment (on all three components) do more civic virtue and courtesy. Participants with higher normative and affective commitment also do more sportsmanship, while participants with higher affective commitment do more of altruism, too. The obtained results should be viewed with caution, considering gender bias and bias of the profession of the sample. Given that the survey was conducted on the convenience sample, the role of predictors used in this study is also necessary to verify on the representative sample.
