Abstract
U ovom završnom radu pisati ću o pravu društava kao grani prava koja regulira društva odnosno pravna udruženja, o zadruzi kao posebnom obliku koja je definirana Zakonom o zadrugama, o zadružnim organizacijama u svijetu i Europi, povijesnom slijedu, međunarodnom danu zadruge te o tome kako zadrugarstvo djeluje na području Europske unije, regionalnog razvoja i turizma. Nakon toga ću detaljnije objasniti zadrugu, prednosti zadruge, međunarodna zadružna načela, njezino osnivanje, stjecanje i prestanak članstva, odgovornosti te tijela zadruge, imovinu i njezin prestanak. Također ću pisati o zadružnim savezima, zadrugama s posebnim pogodnostima te o Hrvatskom centru za zadružno poduzetništvo i evidenciji zadruga te navedeno pojasniti na primjeru.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper I will write about the real society, as a branch of the rights regulated by the company, or legal associations, about the cooperative as a special form defined by the Law on Cooperatives, about cooperative organizations in the world and Europe, the historical sequence, the international day of the cooperative and about how cooperatives operate in the European Union, regional development and tourism. After that, I will explain in detail the cooperative, improve the cooperative, the international cooperative of principles, its foundation, execution and termination of membership, responsible for the cooperative bodies, property and its termination. I will also write about the Cooperative Alliance, Special Benefits Cooperatives and the Croatian Center for Cooperative Entrepreneurship and Cooperative Records and I will explain that on examples.
