Abstract	Završni rad proučava pojedine odredbe Zakona o cestama, temeljeći se u najvećoj mjeri na određenju i pravnom statusu javnih i nerazvrstanih cesta. Na temelju Zakona o cestama donesen je cijeli niz podzakonskih akata, pravilnika i odluka koje detaljnije definiraju i pojašnjavaju razvrstaj cesta, tko sve upravlja s njima, njihovo održavanje i ostala pitanja pa se pojedine odredbe tih akata također obrađuju u radu. U radu se obrađuje i pitanje upisa ovih cesta u zemljišne knjige, a obrađuje se i pitanje cestarine i elektroničke naplate cestarina te Europske elektroničke naplate cestarine, sukladno relevantnim pravnim pravilima.
