Abstract
Temeljni cilj ovog rada je upoznavanje korisnika sa sustavima za upravljanje sadržajem na internetu (CMS- Content Managment Systems) i njihovim funkcionalnostima. Kroz rad će biti detaljno opisane značajke, povijest, prednosti, nedostatci i tehnologije koje CMS sustavi koriste, kao i nekoliko korisnih statistika upotrebljivosti. Usporedit će se najpopularniji CMS sustavi Wordpress, Joomla i Drupal po najvažnijim karakteristikama i komponentama, te će biti prikazan postupak njihove instalacije na lokalni poslužitelj (server). Dijelovi koji će se uspoređivati su administrativno sučelje, kreiranje web-dokumenata, uređivanje sadržaja, SEO optimizacija, kreiranje vlastitih dodataka (plugins, modules), sigurnost i dokumentacija. Ovaj rad će se moći koristiti u edukacijske svrhe za pomoć svim korisnicima koji u budućnosti žele izgraditi vlastito web-sjedište pomoću nekog od CMS sustava.
