Abstract
Za uspješno poslovanje poduzeća treba imati što inovativniju strategiju te težiti misiji i viziji uz što manje troškove poslovanja. Osnovni cilj poslovanja poduzeća je profit (dobit). Svako poduzeće želi ostvariti i maksimalizirati rentabilno poslovanje. Poseban osvrt daje se na rentabilnost malog proizvodnog poduzeća Gastro tim d.o.o. u promatranom razdoblju, kroz 2011., 2012. i 2013. godinu.
