Abstract
U ovom se završnom radu pokušalo utvrditi specifičnosti organizacije posla u hotelima. Cilj ovog rada je upoznavanje s organizacijom poslova, internim i eksternim čimbenicima koji utječu na poslovanje hotela. U radu je posebno istaknuta okolina koju je potrebno proučiti i uključiti prilikom organiziranja hotela za koje je zadužen hotelski menadžment. Na osnovu praktičnog primjera organizacije poslovanja Maistre d.d., detaljno su opisani poslovi koje obavljaju određeni odjeli ovog poduzeća te njegova organizacijska struktura. Ukazuje se i na važnost hotelskog osoblja i pružanja kvalitetne usluge koja je ključ uspješnog poslovanja hotela te predstavlja znak dobre organizacije.
