Abstract
Ljudskom potencijalu pridaje se sve veća važnost. On postaje ključni resurs u poslovanju svakog poduzeća, ako se njime zna kvalitetno upravljati. U organizacijskoj strukturi poduzeća odjel za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima ima svoje posebno mjesto. Zadaća menadžera koji je zadužen za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima je da osigura maksimalnu produktivnost i što veću efikasnost. Razvojem novih trendova, odjel za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima ima i nove funkcije i aktivnosti kojima se bavi. Na primjeru poduzeća Oryx grupa d. o. o. prikazane su sve funkcije i aktivnosti odjela za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima.
