Abstract
U ovom završnom radu, kroz koji se proteže tematika obiteljskog poduzetništva i uspješnog upravljanja obiteljskim poduzećem sa svim svojim elementima, analizirani su i obrađeni koncepti ključni za razumijevanje procesa te su prikazani primjeri njihove primjene. Zatim, prikazan je primjer primjene pravilne prakse upravljanja obiteljskim poduzećem u vidu obiteljske povelje za odabrano poduzeće. Autor također predstavlja i analizira koncepte pravilnog upravljanja procesom nasljeđivanja i obiteljski ustav primjenjuje kao instrument za njegovo ostvarenje. Na kraju se nalazi zaključak, tj. osvrt na cjelokupni rad, a obrađeni su i teorijski koncepti, njihova primjena u praksi te pravilno upravljanje obiteljskim poduzećem.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, which covers the topic of family entrepreneurship and successful management of a family business with all its elements, the concepts crucial to understanding the process are analyzed and presented, so are the examples of their application. Next, an example of the application of proper family business management practices in the form of a family charter for the selected enterprise is presented as well. The author also presents and analyzes the concepts of proper management of the process of inheritance and applies the family constitution as an instrument for its realization. Finally, a conclusion of the whole work is drawn and theoretical concepts, their application in practice and proper management of the family business, are discussed.
