Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada bazirana je na razvoju hotelijerstva u Velikoj Gorici zbog velikog potencijala grada te neposredne blizine Zračne luke Franjo Tuđman Zagreb. Povezanost autorice s tematikom odnosi se na mjesto prebivališta i viđenje situacije u ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti, posebice hotelijerstvu. Trenutni rast ponude hotela u gradu potaknuo ju je na detaljnu analizu i istraživanje same ponude i razvoja. Analiza je provedena metodom anketiranja odnosno upitnikom. Rezultati su prikupljeni na dva načina: dva objekta dostavila su svoje odgovore na upitnik elektronskim putem, a od ostala tri hotela autorica je osobno prikupila podatke. Vremensko razdoblje prikupljanja podataka odvijalo se kroz cijeli mjesec veljaču 2020. godine. Ponuda smještaja u Velikoj Gorici u nastavku rada detaljno je prikazana.
Abstract (english)
The substance of this final thesis is based on the development of hotel industry in Velika Gorica due to the great potential of the city and its proximity to International airport Zagreb - Franjo Tuđman. The author’s connection with this theme is the place of residence and the view of the situation in the catering industry, especially hotel industry. Current increase in supply of hotels in the city has encouraged her to do a detailed analysis and research of the offer and development. The analysis is conducted through the method of survey, about a questionnaire. The results were gathered in two ways, two objects have delivered their answers of the survey via electronic way, and the author collected the data in person by coming to the hotels for the three other hotels. The period of time of data collection took place throughout the month of February 2020. The offer of accommodation in Velika Gorica is presented in detail below.
