Abstract
Atletika sačinjava sportsku granu koja obuhvaća najosnovnije oblike ljudskog kretanja i to: hodanje, trčanje, skokove i bacanje. Kost je rigidni materijal koji rutinskim izlaganjem repetitivnom nanošenju stresa, strukturalno propada. Lomovi kostiju su sportske ozljede koje znače prekid tj., puknuće kostiju. Najčešće nastaju kratkotrajnim djelovanjem snažne vanjske sile. Lomovi kostiju su sportske ozljede koje znače prekid tj., puknuće kostiju. Najčešće nastaju kratkotrajnim djelovanjem snažne vanjske sile. Do prijeloma zbog zamora dolazi kod pretjerane ponavljane sile koji prouzrokuju nesklad između koštane resorpcije i koštane izgradnje. Kao najučestaliji uzrok pojavnosti ozljeda navodi se loša tehnika izvođenja (19%), loši uvjeti treninga (16%), vlastita neopreznost (16%) i visoka razina umora (15%). Liječenje se dijeli na neoperativno liječenje i kirurško liječenje. Prevencija je najbitnija jer u većini slučajeva se njenom primjenom smanji broj ozljeda ili oštećenja i njihova težina te se ublaže posljedice sportskih ozljeda i oštećenja u slučaju njihovog nastanka. Istraživanja su pokazala da veću incidenciju prijeloma zamora imaju sportašice sa iregularnim menstrualnim ciklusom. Stanje mišića i njegov tonus, to jest snaga, je u izravnom odnosu s nastankom stres fraktura. Teren po kojem se trči odnosno površina na kojoj se održava natjecanje od velikog su značenja za nastanak prijeloma zamora. Pogrešna tenisica može dovesti do ozljeda, bol u stopalima, koljenima i drugo. Stres frakture donjih ekstremiteta najčešće se javljaju na vratu femura, pateli, tibiji, distalnom djelu fibule, calcaneusu, talusu i na drugoj, trećoj i petoj metatarzalnoj kosti.
Abstract (english)
Athleticism makes up a sports branch that embraces the most basic forms of human movement: walking, running, jumping and throwing. Bone is a rigid material that, by routine exposure to repetitive stress, is structurally degraded. Bone fractures are sport injuries in which the bone is broken. They are most often caused by short-lived external force. Stress fractures comes due to fatigue that occurs with excessive repetitive force causing a mismatch between bone resorption and bone buildup. Poor performance techniques (19%), poor training conditions (16%), carelessness (16%) and high levels of fatigue (15%) are the most common cause of injury. Treatment is divided into non-perative treatment and surgical treatment. Prevention is the most important thing because in most cases it reduces the number of injuries and their severity and mitigates the consequences of sports injuries and damage in the event of their occurrence. Studies have shown that athletes with irregular menstrual cycles have a higher incidence of fatigue fractures. The muscle condition and its tone, that is strength, is directly related to the occurrence of stress fractures. The terrain on which the competition is running or the surface on which the competition is held are of great importance for the occurrence of stress fractures. Wrong sneakers can lead to injuries, pain in the feet, knees and more. Stress fractures of the lower extremities most commonly occur on the femoral neck, patella, tibia, distal part of fibula, calcaneus, talus and on the second, third and fifth metatarsal bones.
