Abstract
Obiteljsko poduzetništvo je važan kotač zamašnjak gospodarstava diljem svijeta. Važnost obiteljskog poduzetništva ogleda se u ukupnom broju poduzeća (koja su utemeljena kao obiteljska poduzeća) te ukupnom broju zaposlenika koja ona generiraju. Tome u prilog svjedoči i činjenica da je u Europskoj uniji 85% obiteljskih poduzeća, zapošljavaju 60% radne snage te akumuliraju 40% do 50% ukupnog BDP-a Europske unije. Cilj rada je determinirati i istražiti obiteljsko poduzetništvo koje danas, kao vlasnički oblik organiziranja, dominira u Europi i svijetu.
Abstract (english)
Family entrepreneurship is an important wheel of economies of the world economy. The importance of family entrepreneurship is reflected in the total number of enterprises (which are based on family businesses) and the total number of employees it generates. This is also supported by the fact that 85% of family businesses in the European Union employ 60% of the labor force and accumulate 40% to 50% of the total GDP of the European Union. The aim of this paper is to determine and explore family entrepreneurship, which today, as a proprietary form of organization, dominates Europe and the world.
