Abstract
Kronična opstruktivna plućna bolest(KOPB) je neizlječiva kronična bolest. Očituje se strukturnim promjenama u dišnim putovima i plućnom parenhimu koje su uzorkovane upalom što dovodi do suženja dišnih putova. Shodno tome onemogućen je nesmetan prolazak zraka kroz dišne putove. Rizici za pojavu kronične opstruktivne plućne bolesti su pušenje, rad u okolišu onečišćenom kemijskim dimovima ili prašinom i sl. Zlatni standard u dijagnostici KOPB-a je spirometrija. Farmakološka terapija uključuje bronhodilatatore, kortikosteroide, oksigenoterapiju te inhibitore fosfodiesteraze i cijepljenje. U liječenju oboljelih od KOPB-a veoma je važna fizioterapija. Od fizioterapijskih postupaka najčešće se primjenjuju dijafragmalno disanje, vježbe ekspirija pomoću usne prepreke, položajna drenaža, manualna perkusija, vibracije, pozitivan tlak u ekspiriju, inspiratorni trening s otporom te fizioterapijske vježbe opsega pokreta i jačanja mišića.
Abstract (english)
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is an incurable chronical disease. It is manifested through structural changes in the respiratory system and the lungs parenchyma which are caused by pneumonia leading to the narrowing of the respiratory/breathing system. Due to this the unrestricted air passage through the respiratory system is interrupted. The risks for the appearance of the chronic obstructive lung disease are smoking, working in a surrounding contaminated by chemical fumes or dust. The golden standard in the diagnostic of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is spirometry. The pharmacological therapy involves bronchodilators, corticosteroids, oxygen therapy, phosphodiesterase inhibitors and vaccination. Physiotherapy is very important in the treatment of patients with COPD. The mostly used physiotherapy procedures are diaphragmatic breathing, expiratory exercises with the help of lip block, positioned drainage, manual percussion, vibrations, positive pressure in the expiratory, inspiratory training with resistance and physiotherapy exercises of the movement range and muscle strengthening.
