Abstract
Stabilizacijske operacije manjih pješačkih postrojbi govore o tehnikama, zadaćama i aktivnostima pripadnika pješačkih vodova u operativnom okruženju. Svrha je prikazati i opisati svaku od navedenih tehnika, objasniti operativno okruženje radi shvaćanja provedbe određenih zadaća, upoznati se sa prijetnjama, ograničenjima te zahtjevima u području operacija tijekom provođenja tih zadaća. Cilj rada je donijeti zaključke temeljene na proučenoj literaturi, izvući najbitnije stavke, opisati djelovanja te na kraju prikazati zahtjeve jednog od problema tijekom trajanja stabilizacijske operacije s kojim se suočavaju zapovjednici pješačkih postrojbi. Ključni igrači u provođenju takvih operacija su sami vojnici i njihovi zapovjednici na terenu.
Abstract (english)
Stabilization operations of smaller infantry units speak about the techniques, tasks and activities of pedestrian walkways in the operating environment. The purpose is to present and describe each of the above techniques, to explain the operating environment to understand the implementation of specific tasks, to familiarize themselves with threats, limitations and requirements in the area of operations during the implementation of these tasks. The aim of this paper is to draw conclusions based on the studied literature, draw out the most important parts, describe the actions, and finally present the demands of one of the problems during the stabilization operation faced by the commanders of the infantry units. Key players in carrying out such operations are soldiers themselves and their commanders in the field.
