Abstract
Zadovoljstvo korisnika je glavni čimbenik ostvarivanja pozitivnog ekonomskog rasta telekom operatora. Korisnik i operator su simbioza od koje obojica imaju višestruku korist. Ukoliko jedan od njih zakaže onaj drugi gubi i obrnuto. Tržište je slobodno i svatko za sebe bira najbolju uslugu a tako i klijenta. Stoga je cilj operatora maksimalno se približiti svojem korisniku, te pokušati individualno pratiti njegove navike i osluškivati njegove potrebe, te time s korisnikom stvoriti partnerski odnos. Korisnik će mu to svakako vratiti dugogodišnjom lojalnošću.
Abstract (english)
Customer satisfaction is a major factor in the positive economic growth of telecom operators. The user and operator are symbiosies of which both have multiple benefits. In case one of them fails, the other fails too. The market is free and everyone chooses the best service for themselves and so the main goal of the operator is getting closer to his user and trying to monitor his habits individually and listen his needs. The user will certainly return with his long-term loyalty.
