Abstract
Ovim radom prikazuje se upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima na temelju znanstvene discipline menadžmenta koji obuhvaćaju niz povezanih aktivnosti neke organizacije. Ljudski resursi su ti koji kreiraju organizacijsku strategiju poduzeća, njihove kompentecije, vještine, znanja i samim time čine da je organizacija tamo gdje želi biti. Motivacija za rad je jedan od vodećih problema na području upravaljanja ljudskim potencijalima, u radu su prikazane teorije motivacije te materijalne i nematrijalne strategije motiviranja. Najviše ćemo se zadržati na Maslowljevoj teoriji motivacije koja je imala je najveći utjecaj na istraživanje ponašanja ljudi u organizaciji.Maslow je smatrao da svi ljudi imaju kreativne potencijale, ali ih svi ne razvijaju.Zato je važno da menadžeri shvate motivaciju zaposlenika, obrazovanje i usavršavanje jedan od ključnih faktora upravljanja i razvoja ljudskih potencijala. Nadalje opisano je kako se provode materijalne i nematerijalne kompenzacije u Zagrebačkom holdingu d.o.o. Podružnici Zrinjevac.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the management of human resources based on the scientific discipline of management, covering a range of related activities of an organization. Human resources are the ones who create the organizational strategy of the company, their competencies, skills, knowledge and thus make the organization where it wants to be. Motivation for work is one of the leading problems in the field of human resources management, the paper presents theories of motivation and material and non-material motivation strategies. Most of all, we will dwell on Maslow's theory of motivation, which has had the greatest influence on the study of people's behavior in the organization. Maslow believed that all people have creative potentials, but not all develop them. of key factors for managing and developing human resources. It further describes how tangible and intangible compensation are carried out at the Zagreb Holding d.o.o. Zrinjevac Branches.
