Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je predstaviti različite aspekte komunikacije i uporabe iste u različitim situacijama. Analizirati njihove pozitivne i negativne strane i ustvrditi važnost razumijevanja u komunikaciji. Pojasniti korporativnu komunikaciju i važnost kriznog komuniciranja za svako organizacija i općenito važnost kriznog menadžmenta. Rad je koncipiran u skladu s metodologijom koja je propisana i obavezna prilikom pisanja završnog rada. Rad se sastoji od uvoda, tri odvojena poglavlja i zaključka. Također rad sadrži popis literature, popis slika i tabela, kao i ostali prateći sadržaj. Struktura rada je podijeljena na odvojena poglavlja kako bi se detaljno objasnila svaka cjelina. Prvi dio objašnjava sam pojam komunikacije, njene vrste i ukazuje na njenu važnost. U drugom djelu objašnjena je korporativna komunikacija, odnosno komunikacija unutar jedne organizacije, dok se treći dio rada bazira na kriznu komunikaciju, njene prednosti i nedostatke, ulogu PR-a, kao i kriznog menadžmenta i obrađeno je poimanje same komunikacije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to present different aspects of communication and its use in different situations. Analyze their positive and negative sides and establish the importance of understanding in communication. Clarify corporate communication and the importance of crisis communication for each organization and the general importance of crisis management. The paper is designed in accordance with the methodology prescribed and mandatory when writing the final paper. The paper consists of an introduction, three separate chapters and a conclusion. The paper also contains a list of references, a list of figures and tables, as well as other supporting content. The structure of the paper is divided into separate chapters to explain each unit in detail. The first part explains the very notion of communication, its type and indicates its importance. The second part explains corporate communication, ie communication within an organization, while the third part focuses on crisis communication, its advantages and disadvantages, the role of PR, as well as crisis management, and the understanding of communication itself.
