Abstract
Unutar poslovnih odnosa odvija se komunikacija među velikim brojem sudionika. Komunikacija se stoga mora temeljiti na društvenim normama, a u tu svrhu nužno je istaknuti poslovni bonton. Ovdje je riječ o svojevrsnom kodeksu ponašanja kojeg bi se trebao pridržavati svaki pripadnik društva. Kada je riječ o poslovnim odnosima, odašiljanje i primanje informacija na adekvatan način značit će i kvalitetno poslovanje. Unutar poslovnog svijeta, ali i svijeta općenito, poželjno je moralno dobro ponašanje. Kako bi se sudionicima u razgovoru prikazali u najboljem svjetlu potrebno je poznavati pravila bontona, ali i razlike među kulturama. Samim time jasno je kako će se pojedinac prije poslovnog sastanka s pripadnikom druge kulture morati pripremiti kako bi pokazao poštovanje prema navedenoj osobi. U tom smislu u radu je prikazano poslovno ponašanje u nekoliko različitih kultura kako bi se istakle sličnosti među njima, ali i svojevrsne razlike.
Abstract (english)
Within business relationships, there is communication among a large number of participants. Communication must therefore be based on social norms, and business etiquette must be emphasized for this purpose. This is a code of conduct that every member of society should adhere to. When it comes to business relationships, transmitting and receiving information in an adequate manner will also mean quality business. Within the business world, but also the world at large, morally good behavior is desirable. In order to present the conversation to the participants in the best light, it is necessary to know the rules of etiquette, as well as the differences between cultures. Therefore, it is clear that an individual will need to prepare himself or herself before a business meeting with a member of another culture to show respect for that person. In this sense, the paper presents business behavior in several different cultures in order to highlight similarities and differences.
