Abstract
U današnje vrijeme briga o zajednici i okolišu postaje sve izraženija i poslovni subjekti sve više pažnje posvećuju ovom segmentu poslovanja kako kroz svakodnevno poslovanje tako i implementacijom elemenata brige o zajednici i okolišu u sastavnice funkcije planiranja kao potvrdu namjere dugoročnog ulaganja u ovaj aspekt društvene odgovornosti. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje promatrat će se kroz ekonomsku, društvenu, ekološku i etičku dimenziju. Cilj rada je teoretski pozicionirati menadžment i društvenu odgovornost te obratiti pažnju i na moral te etiku u poslovanju kao standard i normu poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
These days concern for the community and the environment becomes more pronounced and businesses pay more attention to this segment in their daily operations and implementation of elements of concern for the community and the environment in the components of the planning functions as a confirmation of intent for long-term investment in this aspect of social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility will be examined through economic, social, environmental and ethical dimension. The aim of this thesis is to theoretically position management and social responsibility and and pay attention to morality and ethics in business as a standard and business standard.
