Abstract
U ovom završnom radu upoznati ću Vas s marketinškom strategijom razvijenom za tvrtku Ice Eurotransport. Rad se sastoji od više cjelina kroz koje ćemo upoznati tvrtku čiji je sastavni dio temeljita analiza tržišta na međunarodnoj i nacionalnoj razini. Nakon osnovnih podataka o tvrtki slijedi istraživanje tržišta PEST analizom (demografska, ekonomska, sociološka, tehnološka, ekološka i politička analiza). Kako bismo se mogli proširiti na druga tržišta moramo proučiti tko su nam konkurenti, kupci, dobavljači i supstituti (PEST analiza). Analizirati ćemo rezultate dobivene istraživanjem kroz SWOT analizu i BCG matricu. Na kraju nakon interne i eksterne analize okruženja napraviti ću marketinški plan. On će sadržavati važne podatke o poslovanju tvrtke i ciljnim skupinama kojima se obraćamo. Na temelju toga radimo izbor kanala za oglašavanje i osmišljavamo poruku koju ćemo prenijeti ciljnoj skupini. Za realizaciju planova potrebno je odrediti troškove i znati dosadašnje stanje tvrtke.
Abstract (english)
In this final work I will introduce you to the marketing strategy developed for Ice Eurotransport. The paper consists several units. Through them we will meet the company whose integral part is a market analysis at the international and national level. After basic information about the company I will do the market research with PEST analytics (demographic, economic, sociological, technological, ecological and political analysis). In order to expand to other markets we have to study who are our competitors, customers, suppliers and substitutes (Porter's 5 forces). We will analyze the results obtained through the SWOT analysis and the BCG matrix. Finally, after the internal and external analysis, I will make a marketing plan. It will contain important business information about the company and the target groups we are addressing. Based on that, we are making a selection of advertising channels and designing a message that we will transfer to the target group. For the realization of the plans it is necessary to determine the costs and know the current state of the company.
