Abstract
U završnom radu „Uloga i funkcija povratne informacije digitalnih medija“ uspoređuje se vrijeme prije digitalnih medija s vremenom kada je razvijen Internet. Digitalizacijom medija, komunikacija koja je do tada bila jednosmjerna, postaje dvosmjerna. Rad prati razvoj Interneta i digitalnih medija te se definiraju ključne prednosti, rizici i nedostatci digitalnih medija. Rad prati razvoj društvenih mreža kao i njihov značaj na području marketinga te važnost recenzija u dvosmjernoj komunikaciji putem Interneta. Analiziraju se i negativni aspekti recenzija u obliku lažnih i kupljenih recenzija. Završni dio rada donosi analizu triju platformi, Google karata, AliExpressa i TripAdvisora koje omogućuju korisnicima ostavljanje recenzije o poslovnim subjektima koji posluju putem tri navedene platforme te kako recenzije postojećih korisnika utječu na buduće korisnike.
Abstract (english)
Final work „Role and function of the review in digital media” compares the time before digital media and time when Internet was developed. Digitalization of the media, one-way communication becomes two-way. The paper is follows development of the Internet and digital media, defines key advantaged, risks and disadvantages of digital media. The paper also follows development of social networks as well as their importance in the marketing field and importance of two-way communication trough review. Negative aspects of the review are also analyzed in the form of false and purchased reviews. Final part of the work is an analysis of three platforms, Google Maps, AliExpress, and TripAdvisor that allow users to leave reviews of companies that operate through the three platforms mentioned and how reviews of existing users affect future users.
