Abstract
Informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija prisutna je u svim segmentima društvenog života, a napredak i razvoj svakog društva ovisi o njezinoj primjeni u svakodnevnoj komunikaciji i korištenju u svrhu boljeg razvitka. U današnje vrijeme informacijska i komunikacijska tehnologija primjenjuje se gotovo u svakom aspektu života, društva i gospodarstva, a posebno je istaknuta njezina primjena u istraživanjima, razvoju, projektiranju, proizvodnji, administraciji te marketingu. Kvaliteta upotrebe i korištenja društvenih mreža te stupanj razvoja suvremene informatizacije, tj. rasprostranjenost i širina primjene informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije, postali su jedni od glavnih mjerila razvijenosti pojedinih zemalja. U ovom diplomskom radu će biti prikazana upotreba društvenih mreža tzv. „vladinog“ (javnog/državnog) i „nevladinog“ (građanstvo/civilno društvo) sektora s ciljem promicanja i zaštite prava ranjivih skupina i socijalnog uključivanja pripadnika ranjivih skupina, kao i upotreba društvenih mreža od strane pojedinaca i grupa/pripadnika ranjivih skupina.
Abstract (english)
Information and communication technology is present in all segments of social life, and the progress and development of each society depends on its reception in daily communication and use in better development. Nowadays, information and communication technology is applied in almost every aspect of life, society and economy, and its application in research, development, design, production, administration and marketing is especially emphasized. The quality of use and use of social networks and the degree of development of modern computerization, that is, the prevalence and breadth of application of information and communication technology, have left one of the largest benchmarks of development of individual countries. In this diplomatic paper the use of the so-called social networks will be presented. "Governmental" (public / state) and "non-governmental" (civil / civil society) sectors promoting and protecting the rights of vulnerable groups and the social inclusion of vulnerable groups, as well as the use of social networks by individual groups and members of vulnerable groups.
