During communication there is possibility that person chooses how to react to a certain situation. Person will behave aggressively if it is not important to maintain a good relations with conflicted side. If the conflicted side is superior, a person will use a passive stile, and if the person wants to stand up for himself and satisfy both sides he will act assertive. Types of the conflict depends on the selection of the communication style.Every conflict is based on the differences and opposed interests between people. Conflicts are not the same, but every conflict consists of certain stages. Sometimes conflict can positively act on the organization and should be encouraged. However, if conflicts may have a negative effect on organization and the employees, it is necessary to manage and resolve them. The most widely used method is the model of the double concern by which we care of our own interests but also of the interests of the other side. It can be used in avoiding conflicts, dominance in the conflict,affability, integration or compromise. If we choose compromise, in the same way we take careof ours and others interests.
