Abstract
Cilj i svrha ovog rada je upoznati se sa razvijanjem odnosa s potrošačima u digitalnom marketingu. U novo digitalno doba mijenjaju se potrebe prema potrošačima. Internet unosi velike promjene koje su usmjerene prema izgradnji odnosa s potrošačima i koje utječu na sam marketing. Kako bi odnosi s potrošačima bili što bolji, veliki utjecaj ima tehnologija, koja omogućuje komunikaciju s potrošačima i razvijanje dugoročnog odnosa koja se temelje na stalnom praćenju njihovih potreba. Informacijska tehnologija je važna jer potrošačima omogućuje uštedu novaca, vrijeme, fizičke napore, a samim time se povećava ugoda njihova korištenja. Velik značaj i utjecaj na ponašanje potrošača ima i elektronička trgovina koja je vrlo bitna jer potrošač ne samo da pretražuje informacije putem Interneta, već putem elektroničke trgovine i obavlja narudžbe te kupovinu proizvoda i usluga. Društvene mreže i komunikacija među potrošačima postaje sve važnija tako što potrošači sve manje vjeruju izvorima informacijama, već stječu povjerenje ljudima koje poznaju iz online okruženja.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to become familiar with developing consumer relationships in digital marketing. In the new digital age, consumer needs are changing. The Internet is making major changes that are geared toward building consumer relationships and affecting marketing itself. To maximize consumer relationships, technology is a major influence, enabling communication with consumers and developing a long-term relationship based on the constant monitoring of their needs. Information technology is important because it allows consumers to save money, time, and physical effort, thereby increasing the comfort of their use. E-commerce is also very important and influential in consumer behavior because the consumer not only searches for information via the Internet, but through e-commerce and orders and purchases products and services. Social networks and consumer communication are becoming more and more important as consumers are less trusting in the sources of information but are gaining trust in people they know from the online environment.
