Abstract	Diplomski rad pod nazivom «Uloga verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije u osobnoj prodaji» podijeljen je u četiri glavna dijela. Prvi dio tematizira opći pojam osobne prodaje, prirodu osobne prodaje, načela osobne prodaje i važnost komunikacije u osobnoj prodaji. Drugi dio rada odnosi se na suvremenu poslovnu komunikaciju u kojoj se analizira potreba za suvremenom poslovnom komunikacijom, potencijalni problemi u komunikacijskom procesu te oblici u komunikaciji. Treći dio rada fokusiran je na poslovnu komunikaciju u osobnoj prodaji, gdje je obrađena verbalna poslovna komunikacija i neverbalna poslovna komunikacija. Posljednji, četvrti dio rada odnosi se na poslovnu komunikaciju u osobnoj prodaji na primjeru Allianz osiguranja.
Abstract (english)	This work named “The role of verbal and nonverbal communication in personal sales” is divided into four main sections. The subject matter of the first section is the general notion of personal sales, its essence, and principles and the importance of communication in personal sales. The second section refers to modern, contemporary business communication where the need of contemporary business communication is analyzed, potential problems in the communication process and communication modes are presented. The third section is focused on business communication in personal sales; verbal and nonverbal communication in personal sales is described. The last, fourth section refers to business communication in personal sales in Allianz insurance.
