Since the creation of enterprises, there is a need for its management. As processes in businesses evolve and so do ways to improve governance. Depending on the managerial personal characteristics there are certain strategic leadership styles that demonstrate the way in which managers manage the company in accordance with the activity engaged. Due to frequent changes in the market and better position of customers when choosing the desired company in the sense that competition is much greater, companies exploit every possible opportunity to reach a certain competitive advantage and to be recognized in the eyes of customers. Also, the companies introduce certain quality standards in order to facilitate business and reduce unnecessary costs. Often managers considered that the introduction of certain quality standards is an unnecessary expense but in the long run companies that have introduced a certain quality standard achieved an enviable advantage. Small and medium enterprises are generators of new ideas and new jobs, and play a key role in the economy of a particular country. In today's business enterprises have a new option of electronic business, which reduces costs and facilitates expansion into other markets. The Republic of Croatia has recognized the usefulness of small and medium enterprises and for these reasons business incubators are built whose purpose is the development of start-up companies to a level that can operate independently on the market. In order that a company can successfully operate, one of the main factors are the employees who require adequate management so they could in the most efficient and effective manner do their job. "Blue Factory" is an example of the company that is managed in a modern way and that is observed by satisfaction and employee motivation.
