Fast recognition and quick reaction of emergency services is of utmost importance for outpatient care of acute coronary syndrome. Acute coronary syndrome represents a life-threatening condition for the individual who experiences it. Acute coronary syndrome is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Today, there are various methods and ways of treating that aim to improve the speed of recovery and reduce complications, but it is very important that the patient is appropriately taken care of during the first stages of the disease. The introduction of this paper describes the initial stages of ACS, factors that increase its development, methods and ways to diagnose the syndrome as well as treatment and procedures which are needed in order to take care of the patient in the most efficient way. The paper present the care of ACS patients in the field. A research was carried out that aimed to show the complete number of ACS during 2019 in the PG county area which are taken care of by Outpatient emergency service. The data used in research was gathered and analyzed from the e-Hitna database which is used by the Institute of Emergency Medicine of PG county. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as shown in graphs. The data shows how many patients was taken care of in the field and in the clinics in comparison to sex, age group, leading symptoms which were the reason why Outpatient emergency service was called, NACA result as well as the goal of intervention. From the research during 2019 in the PG county area it can be conclude that the most endangered male population is over 65 years of age.
