Abstract	Turizam u Hrvatskoj danas je pretežito okrenut proizvodu „sunca i mora“. Unatoč tome i ruralni prostor ima velike potencijale za turizam. Jedan od dijelova Hrvatske s velikim potencijalom za uspjeh je i prostor Dalmatinske zagore. Značajna prednost ruralnog turizma u dalmatinskom zaleđu u odnosu na sličnu ponudu u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske je sinergijska povezanost s morskim turizmom. U ovome radu su na primjeru gospodarstva Marasović prikazane mogućnosti koje po pitanju turizma na prostoru Dalmatinske zagore pruža obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo. Predstavljena je ideja obitelji koja ima određene kapacitete i potencijale te želi započeti djelatnost turizma u selu u blizini grada Trilja. Pomoću alata strateškog planiranja analizirani su unutarnji i vanjski čimbenici poduzetničkog projekta agroturističkog gospodarstva, a pomoću investicijske analize je provjerena i financijska isplativost projekta. Alatima strateškog planiranja dobiveni su rezultati koji pokazuju kako gospodarstvo ima dobre preduvjete za daljnji razvoj, a investicijskom analizom kako je projekt financijski isplativ te je investicija prihvatljiva.
Abstract (english)	Tourism in Croatia is predominantly oriented to the "sun and sea" product today. Despite that, the rural area has great potential for tourism. Space of Dalmatian zagora is one of the parts of Croatia with great potential for success is the rural tourism. The biggest difference between continental part of Croatia and this one is the possibility of linking the countryside with sea tourism. Here is the example of agrotourism Marasović which presentes possibilities offered by the family farm in the area of Dalmatian zagora. There is presented an idea of a family Marasović who has certain capacities and potentials in tourism and wants to start tourism activity in the village near the town of Trilj. Strategic planning tools have analyzed internal and external factors influencing the development of the family farm, and through the investment analysis the financial viability of the project was verified. The results show that the family farm has good preconditions for further development and an investment analysis shows that the project is financially acceptable.
