Abstract
Klimatske promjene kao današnja realnost, imaju značajne posljedice i u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, a duža sušna razdoblja uvjetuju stres bilja uključujući i vinove loze. Problem nedostatka vode posebno je izražen kod vinograda koji su podignuti melioracijama krških terena. Na području Donjeg Polja – Jadrtovca kao tipičnog primjera problematike melioracija krških podružja analizirane su potrebe i mogućnosti navodnjavanja. Koraci u rješavanju postavljenog pitanja tražili su detaljnu analizu pedoloških značajki prostora, klimatoloških pokazatelja 30 - godišnjeg niza podataka na meteorološkoj postaji Šibenik (1981. do 2010. godine), te parametara kvalitete vode (temperatura, ECw, HCO3, NO3, Mg, Cl i SO4) na izvoru Ribnik. Utvrđeno je da u pojedinim razdobljima na izvoru Ribnik dolazi do miješanja slatke i slane morske vode. Potrebe vode za navodnjavanje vinove loze proračunate su računalnim programom Cropwat (ver. 8.0.). Sukladno postavljenom modelu utvrđeno je da vinovoj lozi u prosječnim klimatskim uvjetima nedostaje 263 mm vode, a u sušnim uvjetima 434 mm vode. Nadalje, model pokazuje da ukupne stvarne potrebe vode pri uzgoju vinove loze iznose 105,7 mm, odnosno 150,1 mm u prosječnim uvjetima, a u sušnim uvjetima 173,5 mm, odnosno 247, 2mm, ovisno o razmaku sadnje. Da bi se zadovoljile potrebe navodnjavanja podignutih i planiranih vinograda (244ha) na području Donjeg polja treba osigurati 346.173 m3 u prosječnim klimatskim uvjetima, odnosno 570.224 m3 u sušnim uvjetima. Također, kako bi se osigurale dane količine vode potrebno je izgraditi akumulaciju koja bi se punila vodom iz izvora Ribnik tijekom zimskog razdoblja uz konstantnu kontrolu njene kvalitete. Preporučeno je lokalizirano navodnjavanje, kao ono koje štedi vodu i energiju. Kroz kalkulaciju poljoprivredne proizvodnje vinove loze bez i sa sustavom navodnjavanja utvrđena je isplativost uvođenja sustava navodnjavanja na analiziranom području.

Climate change as today's reality has a significant impact on the agricultural production, such as plant stress, including grapevines stress, caused by longer periods of drought. Problems of water deficit are particularly evident in the vineyards formed by reclamation of karst terrain. In the karst area of Donje Polje – Jadrtovac the needs and possibilities for irrigation were analysed. The steps required for obtaining the right answers included analysis of soil characteristics, climatic parameters (30-year period at weather station Šibenik; from 1981 until 2010) and water parameters (temperature, ECw, HCO3, NO3, Mg, Cl i SO4) at the spring Ribnjak. It was found that during certain periods mixing of seawater with fresh spring water occurs. Computing the crop water and irrigation requirements we used computer model Cropwat (ver. 8.0.). In accordance with the defined model it has been determined that in average climatic conditions the grapevines lacks 263 mm of water, and in the arid conditions lacks 434 mm of water. Furthermore, the model shows that the total crop water requirements in the cultivation of grapevines amounts 105.7 mm and 150.1 mm in average conditions, and 173.5 mm or 247.2 mm in drought conditions, depending on vine spacing. In order to fulfill the irrigation needs of built and planned vineyard (244H) in the study area, it should be provided with 346.173 m3 of water in average climatic conditions, or 570.224 m3 of water in dry conditions. To provide these amounts of water it is necessary to build a reservoir filled with spring water from spring Ribnjak and used only during winter, with constant water quality control. The most efficient irrigation method for this study area is drip irrigation which saves both water and energy. Through the calculation of the agricultural production of grapevines with and without the irrigation system the profitability of importing an irrigation system of grapevines in Donje Polje – Jadrtovac was established.
