Abstract	Plodovi jabuke moraju se čuvati pod strogo određenim temperaturnim uvjetima. Proces hlađenja stalno se razvija i prilagođava suvremenim potrebama, a primjena modernih tehnologija omogućila je uvođenje novih standarda i veću kontrolu nad procesom. Dosadašnja tehnologija čuvanja hlađenjem često je rezultirala velikim gubicima i lošijom kakvoćom proizvoda. Razvoj i unaprijeđenije tehnologije čuvanja u hladionicama, uključujući konstantni nadzor i automatsko upravljanje procesom od prijama do isporuke, može značajno utjecati na smanjenje troškova proizvodnje i gubitke uskladištenih proizvoda.
Abstract (english)	Apple fruit needs to be stored under extremely precise temperature levels. The process of cooling is constantly evolving and adapting to solve the problems we are facing today. The application of modern technologies has allowed us to implement higher standards and better control over the process of cooling. Our current cooling technology has resulted in losses and bad quality of the stored produce. The development and improvement of cooling chambers including constant supervision and automatised managing of every process from reception of goods to delivery can reduce the costs and losses by a huge margine.
